Royal Mail Second Class or Tracked 48 services are used for parcels under £60 in value, at a cost of £3.80

For orders over £60, your parcel will be sent via special delivery at a cost of £6.00. This ensures compensation for the value of your parcels.

We offer collection / local delivery (Loughton IG10). You can use the code LOUGHTONLOCAL at checkout. Please get in touch with me via email or insta to arrange a collection date.

If you require special next day delivery for your order, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Unfortunately, I do not currently ship outside of the UK.

In the rare event of an item being faulty or has been inaccurately described, please contact me via email. Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis and return postage is at your own cost.
