Selling with us

Contact us via email or Instagram DM to discuss whether your items are suitable for us to sell for you. We have to take into consideration brand, size, style, season and condition of every item.

Examples of brands we accept include Ganni, Mango, & Other Stories, Whistles, Arket, Cos, Rixo, Levi's, Never Fully Dressed. We look for stand out pieces by High Street brands such as H&M, Zara, Topshop etc. We do not accept items from Shein, PLT, Boohoo, Forever 21. We do not accept skinny jeans, office wear, mini skirts, vest tops or anything dated.

Once we receive your items we handle everything - photographing, researching sale prices, listing, managing customer queries and shipping.

We add items to our website regularly and your pieces will be slowly integrated onto our site at an appropriate time decided by us. This is to ensure each weekly sale has a range of sizes and price points available and that items suit the weekly theme, current season and trends.

Pricing of your items is determined by us. We undertake extensive research for current available resale values. Items that do not sell at full price will be added to our sale.

Once items have sold you will be transferred your payment via PayPal. We do not do bank transfers.

Unsold items, after they've been reduced on the website and our Vinted page, will then be taken to charity.

Buying With Us

All items are sold as seen and non refundable. Please read the listings carefully as they have all been described as accurately as possible for you. Not all clothes match their label size!

Measurements are often given for trousers/vintage items but can be requested for any item you are interested in. Extra photos can also be provided.

In the rare event of an item being faulty or has been inaccurately described, please contact us.
